At the local university and it's quiet. Spring quarter has ended.
Freshman are happy they made it through their first year. Three more
years ahead on their journey toward their dreams. Sophmores and juniors
are probably happy as well. Then the seniors are done and graduated.
They have their degree. Some will move on for more school. Most of
them will be looking for a job. How will that play out? Will they get
what they wanted? Will they replace someone who was forced out because
of age? Will they not be able to find the job they want because that
job is being out sourced to India? If they are in the medical field
will the government have restrictions on them for finding a cure? How
will this all play out?
Maybe none of this matters because in nine days the iPhone will be
released. Lines around the block and people camping out for days. Is
this what matters most? Why yes it is.
So until next time keep your cell phones charged.

I just do not get it sometimes!
As I am driving today and slowing down to 20mph for the school zone
ahead I notice this car driving fast behind me. This lady honked her
horn and as she is passing me on the right not obeying the posted speed
she slows down looking at me all agitated. I give her the one finger
salute and she looks at me like I am at fault. As she speeds away she
swerves toward my car making me slam on my brake and swerve. As she
speed up ahead of me I see she is cutting people off and swerving
through traffic. I just don't understand people sometimes. Why did she
feel she could drive as reckless and as fast as she wanted without
concern for others? Just one of those life mysterys I guess. Onto a
better topic. The iPhone is coming out on June 29th. I cannot wait! I
saw the commercials for it online first and then this morning I saw an
iPhone commercial on tv. So, until next time keep your cell phones
charged.
